Domestic Orders
Cancellation Policy :
- Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- You can request your order cancelation by mailing to us @ chandridesignstudio@gmail.com
Return Policy :
- Raise your return request within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by mailing us at chandridesignstudio@gmail.com
- You would be notified by us once we receive your shipment. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received in good condition
Exchange Policy :
- If you want to exchange the product with another product of higher amount, we will give you a coupon code of the previous amount. You can use this code while placing your new order and pay the balance amount
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, a credit note of the balance amount will be given to you
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
- Sarees with fall & edging and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted
- Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed. If any further alterations are requested, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer
International Orders :
- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at chandridesignstudio@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment by mailing at chandridesignstudio@gmail.com
The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
- We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers
